Morgan Perdana

His portfolio of search work includes senior roles within consumer banking, corporate banking, investment banking, private/priority banking,  wealth management,  insurance, and digital banking. He also has ample search experience in M&A Advisory, HR, Legal, and Risk Management.

Mr. Perdana brings with him unique combined professional experience as an executive search consultant and a banker for renowned global banks in Indonesia and Singapore. 

He started his career as a management trainee of a global banking brand and advanced his career in banking for 10 years before  he shifted into executive search business. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, he led financial services desk in an executive search firm.

Mr. Perdana holds a Bachelor of Information Science degree from Bina Nusantara University.
